Emily is a certified laser specialist with over ten years of experience helping clients achieve smoother, clearer skin. She specialises in IPL photofacials, laser hair removal, and skin resurfacing treatments tailored to each client's unique skin type and goals. Her work begins with a detailed skin assessment — mapping tone, texture, and sensitivity before selecting the wavelength, pulse duration, and cooling protocol that will do the most with the least disruption.

Before Orelle, Emily trained in Auckland and spent three years in a high-volume laser clinic where she treated up to twelve patients a day. The speed taught her efficiency; the volume taught her that no two skins respond the same way to the same light. She brought both lessons to New York, where she now takes a deliberately slower pace — fewer patients per day, longer intervals between sessions, and a standing rule that no treatment proceeds until the previous one has been fully read.

Emily is particularly sought after for her work with deeper skin tones, where the margin between effective treatment and unwanted side effects is narrower and demands a practitioner who adjusts in real time. She keeps a detailed photographic log for every patient and reviews it before each session. Her patients describe her manner as calm, precise, and reassuringly methodical — someone who treats the settings panel with the same care she brings to the consultation chair.

The laser does the work. My job is knowing exactly when to stop.

Quietly said,

Emily made my first laser session so much less intimidating. She walked me through everything, adjusted the settings for my skin, and checked in throughout. I've never felt so at ease.

Patient · Brooklyn, since 2017

I've seen three different clinics for laser before finding Emily. The difference is night and day — she actually understands what my skin needs between sessions.

Patient · Manhattan, since 2019
