Orelle Clinic, LLC operates a private dermatology and aesthetic medicine practice at 1650 Shinn Street, New York. This page describes what we record about you, what we do with it, and the rights you have over your record.
§ 01
What we collect, plainly.
We only collect information when you give it to us — at booking, at consultation, in the treatment room, or in writing afterwards.
§ 02
How your record is used.
Your record exists for one purpose: to look after you. We use it to plan and deliver treatments, schedule appointments, answer your questions, and meet our legal duties.
§ 03
Where it is stored.
Your clinical record lives in an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record hosted on US-based servers. Access is limited to the specialists treating you and the practice coordinator.

Who else sees it.
A short, named list of vendors process information on our behalf, under written data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data. We do not rent it.
§ 05
How long we keep it.
Clinical records are kept for seven years from your last visit, in line with New York State requirements. Photographs are kept for the duration of the protocol plus one year.
§ 06
Your rights.
Under HIPAA and applicable state law, you may request a copy of your record, correct errors, restrict certain uses, request erasure, withdraw consent, or file a complaint — all via a single email to privacy@orelle.studio.

Cookies and the website.
This website uses first-party cookies strictly for the booking flow and preferences. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, no third-party advertising.

Children, and minors at appointment.
We do not market to anyone under sixteen. Patients under eighteen may be seen only with written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Their record is released to them on their eighteenth birthday.
§ 09
Changes to this policy.
We revise this page when our practice changes — usually once or twice a year. Substantive changes are noted in the errata below, and we write to active patients before they take effect.
