About
Orelle began in a single room in 2009 — one specialist, one notebook, a small list of patients who came back. The clinic has grown since, but the way we work has not. Every protocol is read against your story. Every plan is signed by the person who will deliver it.

— Ch. 02 · How we practise
These are not aspirations. They are the working agreements every specialist signs when they join the practice — and the standards we measure ourselves against, monthly.
01
Listen, then prescribe
Every visit begins with thirty unhurried minutes — your story, your skin, your goals. The treatment plan follows the conversation, not the other way around.
02
A protocol is a relationship
We design plans that span months, sometimes years. The same specialist sees you through; nothing is handed off mid-arc.
03
Measured, not dramatic
We do not promise transformation. We promise you, refined — quieter, more rested, more yourself.
04
Honest about limits
When a treatment isn't the right fit, we say so. When the result will be modest, we say that too. The brief is always candid.

— Ch. 03 · A letter from the founder
On restraint,
and the long arc.
When I opened Orelle, I had two devices, a borrowed chair, and a quiet conviction that the industry had begun to confuse intervention with care. I wanted a room where someone could sit down, be looked at properly, and leave with a plan they understood.
Seventeen years later we are larger, but the brief is the same. We will only recommend what we can defend in a journal. We will only promise what we have measured. And we will never rush you through a decision your face will carry for years.
If that sounds like the practice you're looking for — we'd be glad to hear from you.

— Ch. 04 · Values
The four rules
we work by.
They're hand-lettered on the back of every consultation room door — a reminder, before each visit, of what we agreed to.
Discretion
A private clinic, by appointment. No queues, no spectacle — only your hour, undisturbed.
Evidence
Every protocol is grounded in clinical literature. We measure outcomes, share them honestly, refine continuously.
Restraint
We choose less, more carefully. The right intervention at the right moment, never more than is required.
Continuity
Care is a relationship. Our patients see the same specialist across years — sometimes across two decades.
— Ch. 05 · A short history
Six moments that shaped how Orelle is practised today — none of them planned.
2009
A first room
Dr. Hélène Marchand opens a single treatment room on Shinn Street with two devices and a notebook of patients.
2013
The atelier
Orelle expands into the building's ground floor — 280m² re-imagined as a quiet residence rather than a clinic.
2017
Aesthetic medicine
Drs. Ito and Bauer join. The clinic adds bespoke injectables and a dermatology consult under one roof.
2020
A second floor
A laser suite and contouring atelier are added, taking the practice to 500m² and thirty specialists.
2023
Vogue Beauty winner
Named Best Independent Clinic, North America — for the second consecutive year.
2026
Today
Fourteen thousand patients annually. Fifty-plus protocols. The same notebook ethic, kept by hand.

Come in for tea,
before anything else.
Every patient relationship begins with a complimentary thirty-minute consultation. No pressure, no protocol pitched — just a chance to look at the work together and decide if we are a fit.
